The Surrey Hills Brand
At the heart of the Surrey countryside is the Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, a beautiful stretch of rolling farmland and woodland. It is a nationally protected landscape, equivalent in its beauty to a National Park. The Brand and its logo will be used to highlight awareness of the Surrey countryside as a whole and the glorious Surrey Hills within. A series of oak sculptures and simple wooden threshold markers will mark the main routes of entry into the Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. By working closely with local retailers, caterers and the tourist industry, farmers are offering consumers the opportunity to protect our farmed landscape through buying high quality local food under the Surrey Hills Brand.

Roger Colebrook, Chairman of SQP at Court Farm
"The quality of food is very important to me and it is equally important knowing exactly where the food comes from. My animals are happy, I know what I am feeding them and the quality of the meat is fantastic.
Who are Surrey Quality Producers?
Surrey Quality Producers Ltd is a group of farmers who are licensed to sell Surrey farm produce under the Surrey Hills Brand. They aim to produce and market high quality products and pass on the financial rewards to the producer-supplier.
Farming and the Landscape
Farmland is an important asset to us all. The views we see when we go for a drive in the country or from the top of Box Hill, are of a rolling farmland landscape with hedges, trees and a patchwork of different fields.
